By far the worst company in U.K. Do not use them. My car has been hijacked by them because I refused to be ripped off with their elaborate rip off schemes with dodgy garages. They are still holding on to my car for no apparent reason. I’m getting the police involved.

DO NOT USE this company! I moved to new area and my mechanic is far away, so because of the price and collection service offered, I chose this company. I paid for full service about £100 upfront. Collection was not an issue, few hours later, a guy called me and spoke very fast over the phone and all the sudden I found myself facing almost £900 cost! I asked is this necessary, they said yes! After 30 mins I got an email about the suggested work, I checked prices somewhere else( work such as changing bulb, break fluid, anti freeze etc ) I called the company to cancel it .. but they were unavailable and after 2 hours when finally I could get through they said I have to pay the whole amount because they started the job!! What on Earth! When I said I don't have money.. they said I could pay installments.. but in red you can find you agree to their terms and conditions etc! You don't want to give access to this guys to your bank account!!! I borrowed money from somewhere else and had no choice other than pay this ridiculous price, for changing bulb, anti-freezer, etc in my car and the funniest thing! They did not change the oil in my car which should be part of the original service I sent my car to, full service!!!! Totally disappointed and thinking to find a legal way to end this rubbish stealing! I was fooled by 5 stars reviews... I don't know how did they get it!! But please say no!!! I won't have merry Xmas now... all my money is with them! And my car is not fixed!

The guys in the garage were lovely but the this company is a complete rip off charged me £815 to fit 2 shock and 2 light bulbs I said I can’t afford this sort of money they said I could pay monthly no interest I took up there offer because I panicked because I need my car for my husband who has dementia and it’s the only way we can get out and about I would recommend no one to use this company because you will be ripped of big time

My partner was overcharged 2.175.00 for replacement parts just two days ago,,,horrified,,,this is a scam,,, please avoid this company,,and call the credit card company these a people who con you!!

Collected the car 2.5 hours late, with attitude. They booked the car to be returned without calling me to advise what works were neeed. I had to call to ask and was told car was being returned. I managed to sort this. Then got charged +£500.00 for a full service for a car which isn't even 2 years old. Mental. Also took the car for 2 days although promised it would be returned in 1 day. It is day light robbery to be honest...but you have to check the reviews and look online first, I blame myself tbh but they will take advantage where possible. Overall, really poor service.

Same as the other reviews I’ve seen on here, feel like I’ve been completely duped as well. Trustpilot reviews came up and had a good rating, so thought they must be reliable and trustworthy. Looked like a great price too. Discount if paid up front too. £118 for a service seemed great. Then the phone call came in: specialist oil surcharge, brake fluid, life time fuel treatment and engine flush. 18 month old car on its second service. An extra £345 on top. So £463 for a service. Could have got a full dealer service for £150 less. First and last time, and will make sure I make everybody else aware not to go within a country mile of these robbers too.

Please please avoid this company my car was taken yesterday morning for service and mot got a call at 6pm saying car had passed mot but brake pads were needed I agreed work I was promised car would be back with me by 12pm today so I could go to work no car came back phoning company to no avail keep getting cut off the chat service is useless at 3pm company phoned for payment not a bit interested in my complaint and tried to get an extra £39 out of me when I disputed this they checked and never even appoligise its 8pm and no car arrived I will now loose 2 days work and no car please please give this company a wide birth

Presured in paying unnecessary stuff I asked for a service and mot And the guy told me I need a engine flush and diesel treatment Didn't explain is not not necessarily for mot Also car was not delivered and made me lose 1 day of work due to keep lying thy gonna be there in half hour The guy that picked the car up Bearley spoke any English

If I could give no stars I would.. Please, please, please do not use this company they are an absolute joke and will rip you off!! I read the reviews and fell for the great offer they had on. On the day a man collected my car and took it to a garage approx 15 miles away. At 2.15pm I got a call from Service Stop saying that they recommend a brake drain and flush as there was moisture in the brake fluid and also engine flush for the oil and they could do it for £270, I declined and he said no worries it’s a good car and he would arrange to get the car delivered back. I know these are things that garages do recommend but the prices quoted were expensive. Anyway, my car didn’t come back between 4-6 like arranged it arrived next morning at 9.35am!!! No one called and no one ever answers the “office” phone, the mobile number they give you for the driver is permanently on answer machine, it’s a joke. I couldn’t get to work. I googled the address given for the garage and managed to get a landline number, the cheery sounding man who answered stopped me mid sentence to ask if this was to do with service stop, when I said yes he said you must ring another number the man upstairs deals with calls for them. I wanted to know what they had done, had an inspection actually been done as I felt I’d been conned. He spoke broken English but told me they had inspected my car and everything is fine, they changed oil and filter. I asked what oil as I had been charged an extra £24.99 plus vat for specialist oil. He assured me it was premium long life oil. I asked again if they had carried out a full inspection and he said yes oil change and filter. Asked if all under bonnet fluids were checked and topped up and he said no they were only asked to change oil filter and oil. I asked why they had failed to spot my drivers daytime bulb was out and he said it would have been in the report sent to service stop. I asked if they had checked the brake fluid and he said no they hadn’t been asked to yet service stop were telling me it had moisture in. I don’t think it’s the garage at fault as they are given the work and told what to do, he told me they pay the garage just £74 including the oil. So I was thinking I’ve just paid £137 for a oil change but the garage called back to say they wanted to assure me that an inspection had been done the car is fine and oil and filter were definitely done and he didn’t want me to worry. I would definitely avoid at all costs

Awful 😖 service.Not deliver my car after 24 hours.An Mot and service should take 2 to 4 hours maximum.Charge the money before done the job,rude,late,not answering on the phone.The worst service ever.Avoid

Avoid this company. I have booked service and MOT at good price so far so good , however the MOT failed and they ask me for £300 to replace 2 front anti roller bars,which cost less that £20 and less than one hour of work,I did in less than one hour anyway,when I ask the garage for the price they told me £60 I was ripping of by £240,it is ridiculous, last but not least the car comes with blowout tyre which they refused to pay it ,How they drove my car?looks like they don't care and they get angry when we refused the repairs and they don't bring the car back when the MOT fails. Please avoid servicing stop,Will cost you more with out you realise

My car was picked up (late) and i specifically requested it be back for 5 pm for me to go to work, I was told it would be and at 4:45 pm. I was called to be told they wanted another £120 to do an engine flush and oil change. I said I thought that the oil change was in the price, I already paid for the service, but they said no, I paid for the oil change as I was told the car wouldn’t be released until I’d paid. After that. I waited and waited. The car never turned up. It got to 8 o’clock in the evening and obviously all the phones were turned off, so I missed a shift at work! and my husband and I were both worried as we weren’t sure where our car was, or if we were going to get it back, so in the morning I got on the phone and tried again, nobody ever phones back! but with a bit of detective work I found the garage that my car was taken to and phoned them up and they said the car was actually ready the day before at 1 pm, but they were waiting for service stop to give them the go-ahead to deliver it to me. They should not have phoned me up trying to “upsell “extra add on costs …but we were just so pleased to get our car back. (We found it in a lay by near the garage, where it had been left out all night, anything could have happed to it) We would never use this company again totally unreliable and even the garage, it was sent to said they’re going to stop using them, terrible service and no communication we don’t even know if they really did a service or not? Obviously we never use this company again..

I thought this was a good set up and competitively priced. I had a call to see if I wanted the brake system servicing for £200 ish? I said I don’t think so as it’s not due and not displayed on the dashboard. I knew it was done on the previous service?? I said no thanks, then was informed that the oil is more expensive that quoted so I paid the difference which was mentioned on the quote, however i was then charged £20 for a new sump plug washer which was absolutely shocking and made me very angry. The cost should have been around £2. Never using this service again….not ever! They even screwed up my service history so ended up taking it to Mini for them to re-enter the service history.

Booked my car in for a service to be collected and returned the same day. Kept my car for 1 week claiming it was unsafe to drive due to a long list of advisories. £800 later still refused to return my car stating that the heaters were broken even though it wasn't in the advisories and wanted another £240. Upon refusing to pay this I was told I would have to collect my car myself or they would charge £100 to have it returned. After having to get a lift to miles away to collect my car half a tank of petrol had been used and my rear bumper was scratched to hell. Disgusting service. Never again will I use this company.

Don't take all the extras. I've kept my car in good nick and changed all fluids, pads, discs etc on a service 15000 miles ago (which was at half the price this joke of a company tried to push onto me). Got a call back today for after car had and apparently all of the above needed chamging despite my MOT coming back with zero advisories (begs the question on why I would need new brakes and discs). All in all, according to Service Stop I needed: Complete fluid change New pads New discs A new sump plug The person on the other end of the phone got very defensive very quickly and continually repeated that it was information from the garage. This is not the case. I called them and confirmed it. Con artists. Don't go anywhere near them

I agree with these numerous poor reviews. I allowed them to have my car collected from home. Mistake, as matters are in their hands. I had just had an MOT carried out from elsewhere , so I only required a service. They quoted me around £1,200 for work which didn't need to be done but were portrayed as required. I was quoted £45 for changing a rear wiper blade. I declined this one and purchased a new blade on the internet for £6.50 and fitted it in about 10 seconds with the help of an internet video. I was still conned out of more than £800 and still awake at night over falling for these con trickers. Never again!

Scam company. My car was never collected, I received no correspondence to explain why. I paid for the service upfront and I don't know how to get a refund. The online chat eventually put me in touch with an agent who said they would get the booking team to ring me. Phone number provided is a bot which is no help, the 0800 number just tells you to use the webchat.

OhmyGod I wish I had seen this site. I have just been scammed out of £639 and they want another £320 for something else. I am going to contact Trading Standards and am not paying the additional £320. Avoid this fraudulent company.

After buying my car from my lease, I went for its first service outside the dealership. Wow, never again will I use them again!!. I hadn't used an independent garage for a long while, so went on line for a reasonable quote, that's when I booked with a 30%discount when paid up front which wasn't that great, really, so I should have picked up on there rogue ways then. Anyhow, my car was dutifully collected as planned, where I was given a card business card from driver. After a couple of hours, I kept getting a strangelondon number who when I eventually answered was the office not the garage. I had very urgent and important work to be done which they quoted over 700 pounds, even offered me a loan to pay it off which I started to process, then cancelled with my bank. I went back to garage who agreed but it wasn't as bad as they said it was and not as expensive. Even the garage think their wrongons but uses them because it gets them work. Never again, they need to be shamed.
