“Being perfectly honest, even taking into account that it was Valentine's day, I was disappointed with the flowers, as was the recipient. The flowers sent were not the package portrayed on the website. £37 for 6 roses and a bit of greenery, even on Valentine's day were a bit steep for my liking.....”

“Delivery etc up to usual high standard. On this occasiopn the flowers were not as good as usual. Delivered Tuesday and the photo was taken Friday morning.They usually last better.”

“Sadly, although the hand tied bouquet looked lovely on arrival, some of the flowers did not last long - in fact less than a week, which was really disappointing.”

“Ive been really impressed when I've received Signaturevflowers in the past, which is why I chose them to send to someone else. Sadly I was really disappointed with the flowers that I ordered on line. I wanted something really special as a thankyou to someone. I could have spent the same money buying several bunches in the supermarket and they would have been so much better. There were not that many flowers and one of the rose's was broken. Difficult times for everyone I know, so maybe my expectations should not have been so high. I am not usually someone to complain, but I was asked for a review.”

“Excellent service. The only issue is when you send somebody birthday flowers you either want to book it for first thing on the morning or select a WINDOW for delivery. Neither was offered for a bouquet costing £40 it's poor service saying it will be delivered between 9 and 5 . which meant my wife couldnt leave the house and during lock down it was pretty challenging as we have kids and had to arrange other people etc”

“Flowers arrived on time for mother in laws birthday, looked fantastic, lovely colours and assortment, but within 2 days the roses had withered and died, Won’t be buying again, Was very disappointed, you expect flowers to die slowly but not after 2 days!! Should have complained at the time but didn’t..I’m glad I ordered from another florist for my wife’s birthday 2 days later, they were fantastic,”

“I ordered 3 hampers with a specific request to call if no reply at the door but to leave at the door and call Harry as he may be in the garden. No call and most dairy items perished in the sun, it was Good Friday April 10th and hot and sunny. The flowers also wilted. Unimpressed. I gather the fruit and veg hampers were fine.”

“I recently ordered a flower basket for a friend, who loves just the one colour of flowers, which is why i ordered the pink one, well she sent me a photo to thank me and the flowers were purple and dark pink. Maybe it would be nice to ask if people would mind a different colour to go out, before they were sent?”

“Ordered a fruit basket to be delivered to my parents. They weren't at home so the driver decided to leave the basket in their greenhouse, but didn't put a card through their door to tell them it was there. As a result the fruit was left for hours baking hot until one of my parents noticed by chance it was there. Very disappointing that this happened.”

“The flowers although beautiful, only lasted 2 days before majority had died, £15 bouquets from Tesco last double the amount of time so kind of makes me think if these flowers were fresh or not. Service was good and delivered on time, website was easy to use.”

“The flowers were nice but having specifically added a note to deliver the flowers after 3pm (because she wasn't going to be there until 3pm) for them to arrive before 3pm the majority of the effect of having flowers delivered and paying for this service was a complete waste of time! The joy of answering the door to a delivery of flowers and having your work colleagues gush over the gesture is the only reason why I arranged delivery but you took this away from her! Poor and I won't be doing it again anytime soon through you!”

“I ordered flowers for a sat delivery to porterin and had ordered online Friday evening. The flowers did not arrive until the tues (bank holiday weekend). I did call and I was told that you only delivered in the local area on the sat. I complained as the system allowed me to book for the sat and I received confirmation. I always use robinsons, as try to support local business where I can. Very disappointed with this outcome and the website behaviour needs to be reviewed. I did receive a free box of chocolates with the flowers when delivered.”

“Ordered flowers as a birthday present and they did not arrive on the day requested. Quite unhappy with this and I selected the birthday. Beautiful flowers once they had arrived though.”
