I ordered flowers for a sat delivery to porterin and had ordered online Friday evening. The flowers did not arrive until the tues (bank holiday weekend). I did call and I was told that you only delivered in the local area on the sat. I complained as the system allowed me to book for the sat and I received confirmation. I always use robinsons, as try to support local business where I can. Very disappointed with this outcome and the website behaviour needs to be reviewed. I did receive a free box of chocolates with the flowers when delivered.
