The flowers were nice but having specifically added a note to deliver the flowers after 3pm (because she wasn't going to be there until 3pm) for them to arrive before 3pm the majority of the effect of having flowers delivered and paying for this service was a complete waste of time! The joy of answering the door to a delivery of flowers and having your work colleagues gush over the gesture is the only reason why I arranged delivery but you took this away from her! Poor and I won't be doing it again anytime soon through you!
