I ordered a play equipment 10 days ago and apart from a confirmation of my order I had no product delivered, no communication, no response from their info email, their complaints and returns email bounce back and their line is just an automated message where you're on hold for 30 mins or more and no one answers. I would stay away from this company and order elsewhere. I have paid almost £400 and I have no product or no way of knowing if I can get it at some point or get my money back.

I purchased a Rebo Steel Series Metal Swing Set + Monkey Bars & Slide - Single Green × 1 from this company. The item arrived incomplete with no slide. I have emailed the company and received no response. I have telephone the company only to be on hold with an automated message and no one answering the phone.

We ordered the Rebo Wooden Swing Set with Deck & Slide plus Up & over climbing wall on the 23rd February 2024. It arrived with 7 days, the slide was missing but that followed on a few days later and wasn’t a problem. My 5 year old grandson absolutely loves it,and seems really well made and sturdy. The whole process was easy , and Beth was lovely to deal with and had the missing slide ordered and dispatched the same day. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone considering purchasing garden toys. Delivery guy from DX was very helpful and polite .

I ordered a car for my grandson for Christmas which arrived on time - my sons family were going away for Christmas so this was only opened in the New Year - The personalised number plate was found to be missing - i rang their contact number - they could not have been more helpful and reordered the number plate without question and arranged it to be sent out to my grandson - thank you - the car is excellent as I also found the customer service!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY order a quad in June 2023, ever since we got it, it would stop occasionally and then it started getting worse. quad was picked up on 24th October and i now have to make a ccj against them as they have lost the quad and refuse to replace or supply a refund. my son is so upset. he loved it. thank you for breaking his heart. been calling and emailing and no body does or knows anything.

Ordered an Electric Car for Christmas on 19/11/23. 9 Days later I was told that the transaction had been flagged as possibly fraudulent and had to prove my address. I then got a dispatch email. After waiting the 10 working days I still had not received my order. It then took several calls (Involving a good 30 minute wait before I got through) and several emails to be told it was a issue with the delivery company having lost it. I was told they would chase and inform me which they never did so I had to chase several times. Eventually they decided to give me a refund as the product is now out of stock. I have had to chase this again as I was told I would receive a confirmation email of the refund that never came. After another call I have been told the refund has been issues and should be in my account in 24-48 hours. This has been my worst experience ordering online ever and the customer services are shambles. They do not seem to really care about their customers and I would advise not ordering from here.

We ordered a swing set for Christmas and when attempting to put it up on Christmas Eve we discovered we were missing essential items. Emailed three times, phoned several times and no response on the phone line after waiting for 30 mins each time.

Ordered a electric bike on the 4th December still mothing been told it was delivered on 14 December lies sent emails 1 silly reply 45 min to get someone on the phone to be told they checked the order and its been signed by a diffrent name and no photo proof i pitty the fool that gets me on the phone on the 27 arseholes as my kids xmas is ruined

No after sales to deal with an incomplete order. I can easily speak to pre sales (if you have time to hold for 30 minutes) but once payment received they will not given you the time of day. Conflicting responses off 'advisors' (I use that term loosely) from one day to the next. I just need to wait for an emailed response off the resolution team I am told. Think my small children will have passed their full driving test and I may as well put my efforts into something else and put this down to experience. Reading other reviews I can only now assume the claim that 98% would recommend outdoor toys is absolute nonsense.

VERY POOR SERVICE - PRODUCT WILL NOT ARRIVE! We have struggled to get any help or contact from this company. We ordered a ride on for our son for Christmas weeks ago and it has not arrived. We keep being told it is on the way but we have no shipping information and they don't have any tracking information. I have sat on hold numerous times and dont get any help.

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSALUTE JOKE QUAD ORDERED FOR CHRISTMAS ON THE 1ST DECEMBER TOLD ON THE 11TH DEC WAITING FOR STICKERS TOLD ON THE 14TH STICKERS NOW IN STOCK NOW BEEN TOLD ON THE 19TH ITS BEEN DISPACHED BUT NO STICKERS AND STILL NO COMUNICATION AT ANY PONT TO TELL ME THIS, ITS TAKEN ME TO CALL 5 TIMES TO BE LIED TO EACH TIME AND LETS NOT GET STARTED ON IT TAKING THEM OVER 1 HOUR EACH CALL ON HOLD TO ANSWER AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY LIE AND NOW GOING TO HAVE A PLAIN BLACK QUAD INSTEAD OF A PINK ONE FOR MY DAUGHTER ON CHRISTMAS DAY AND THATS IF IT EVEN TURNS UP DISCRACE

Terrible service. We ordered a swing and slide for our grandchildren. We have had some but not all of the parts. So much money wasted. The grandchildren will be very disappointed as this was supposed to be their Christmas present. Nobody responds to emails. They are a disgrace and quick enough to take money and i have had to call everyday most times on the phone for over an hour each call at my expense to chase missing parts and all is they say is it on its way not good will never buy from them again and parts still not delivered

If you’re thinking of ordering from these, don’t. They ignore every email you send and they never answer the phone on either of the numbers they give you. I think it’s very sad that a company will take money from people, who are clearly ordering for children, and then ignore them. Put your money away and don’t put any trust in this company.

ordered a lorry for my granddaughter and my item still has not arrived i ordered it over 3 weeks ago in time for Christmas as well as paying for 3/5 day delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISSAPIONTED!!

Not sure about 'Fast Delivery'. Ordered a toy on the 27th November but still awaiting confirmation when it will be dispatched. Not impressed at the moment.

Sorry to say but this is the first and last time I will purchase anything from outdoor toys. Please read the small prints! 1. Good arrived with missing fixtures and fittings (panel pins) which I had to go and purchase myself. 2. Wood has splits which look pretty major (not good quality) which I was told splits are normal 3. Green glue oozing out of splits all over the climbing ropes etc... 4. MOST MAJOR - Item was delivered 29th of August - on the 31st the Item has had a substantial discount - and the company will not honour this, so now I have to pay to send the Item back and order a new one to make a £200 saving ? In the current climate of carbon foot print etc.. surly it makes sense to honour price discounts with the 14 days cooling off period ??. Buying something very friendly any issues afterwards then forget it - no one is willing to help - as they now have your hard earned money

We placed an order for several items, optimistically expecting their arrival within two weeks or at most, 14 working days. However, five weeks post-order, we're still awaiting delivery and sincerely hope it arrives while it's still summer! So far, we've only received a beam, which was shipped separately due to its size. Unfortunately, the beam had a split in it, necessitating a replacement after a discussion via Twitter direct messages. It's truly disappointing that a basic visual inspection wasn't conducted before shipping. Despite receiving an apology, we were not offered any discount or compensation, and we're still waiting for the full delivery. I've awarded two stars rather than one, primarily because their customer service was at least responsive. Update: The items arrived on July 31st - having placed the order back on June 18th

Friendly polite driver, ordered on 28th June was so pleased as swing arrived on the 4th July. Fitted together well, great quality. Bought for our Grandaughter's 1st birthday, she loves it & it looks great in our garden as well.
