Ordered an Electric Car for Christmas on 19/11/23. 9 Days later I was told that the transaction had been flagged as possibly fraudulent and had to prove my address. I then got a dispatch email. After waiting the 10 working days I still had not received my order. It then took several calls (Involving a good 30 minute wait before I got through) and several emails to be told it was a issue with the delivery company having lost it. I was told they would chase and inform me which they never did so I had to chase several times. Eventually they decided to give me a refund as the product is now out of stock. I have had to chase this again as I was told I would receive a confirmation email of the refund that never came. After another call I have been told the refund has been issues and should be in my account in 24-48 hours. This has been my worst experience ordering online ever and the customer services are shambles. They do not seem to really care about their customers and I would advise not ordering from here.
