“Very poor customer service. I called them out to initially repair an over and extractor hood. The oven was working after all so they just came out to fix the hood. And still charged me £70 for the oven! which they didn't repair! When I called to complain, the guy over the phone was very rude and unprofessional and said he didn't care if I complained! Not the right way to do business in any means. There's lots of repair companies out there, stay well away from this one!”

“Was pleased with the service I received. I got an appointment when I wanted it and they were on time and rang to say when they were 30 mins away. The engineer managed to replace the part that had worn in our oven and we now have a working oven in time for Christmas. Very pleased with the service thank you.”

“Ionut (John) went above and beyond. He came to install the electric cooker within an hour of my call. He was very professional and not only installed the new hob but also fixed a few things, like firmly attaching the oven and a piece of wood that had gotten unstuck when a previous repairman left the kitchen in a state. I am very happy.”
