It was very easy to book an engineer - I did it online. The 2 hrs slot was fantastic - didn't have to be home whole morning or whole afternoon. I had a text confirmation that the engineer was coming and he did come within the 2 hrs slot previously arranged. A very friendly engineer repaired my machine very quickly. I paid the call out charge and I am a very satisfied customer. What's good is that the engineer did actually work for the company I called. In the past the company I contacted was only working as a go between me and a repair people. I will definitely use North London Repairs again and can recommend them wholeheartedly to others!
