I cannot rate the service highly enough. Engineers arrive on time, do the job and go beyond. The engineer who mended the dishwasher also sorted out the positioning of the plug for me. The engineer who fixed our freezer the first time actually called me up to talk me through the problem when it happened again, saving me the call out charge. Much appreciated. Keep it up!
