“I had my policy done and paid the deposit then realised I had put the wrong start date so I rang up and asked could I start the policy 2 days earlier and the costumer service man said the deposit may go up and asked did I have money in the bank and when I said it depends on how much it will cost he then told me that my deposit would go from £170 to £520!! Where the hell did he get £350 difference in 2 days I only wanted to start my policy early he was just trying to rip me off.”

“I will never take insurance out with these again. I can't say what they are like to deal with when you have a claim or need to contact them for anything as i haven't needed to do that, however, when your insurance is up.and it is tome for renewal they constantly hound you!! For three weeks now i have had phone calls from them at least 3 times a day to renew my insurance with them! It is getting seriously frustrating! I am not renewing as their price was more than I was paying last year..I have found cheaper elsewhere but they will not leave me alone! For your own sanity do not take out insurance with them”
“Honestly one of the WORST insurance companies ever. I can’t wait until my year is up and I never have to contact them again. They are rude, intrusive and unhelpful, and their customer service is AWFUL. Never again will I make the mistake of going with them- next time I’ll pay the extra £200 to go elsewhere.”

“Very poor customer service. Needed to change my insurance over on a sunday but there not open?? Clearly people are supposed to run there working life around this company. Was promosed a call back that never came. Called customer service 3 times the first twice the advisers told me i could update my policy via my portal, but you carnt.. Wasted 1 half hours plus paid for a days insurance i couldnt use. Wont be staying with them
All in all will probably be one of the cheapest quotes you get but it comes at a price!”

“Customer service is appalling. I was ill advised by several customer service advisers' about obtaining business insurance. Staff are not suitably trained and are hard to understand as at times spoken English is not very clear. Just not professional overall . The general sense that no one is willing to extend or go above and beyond to resolve conflicts/issues subject to their policy or service.”
“I’ve nern with this company over one year & the first documents sent out to me wer Wrong I complained and was told I wd need to renew policy altogether with I thot I had fine however I’m still paying policy & have never received new documents & tbh would not know where to start if I was to make a claim”

“Been with go skippy for 6months. I've just replaced my car and I need to update my policy etc..
Tried the portal and kinda got somewhere with it but I hav head no confirmation that its all updated etc... The website and portal are useless at times. As for live chat..... Hahaha no! There is no live chat, just answers to random questions that they hope will cover what you need.
So then phone calls, tried to get through to speak to customer services for the past 2 days. No matter what time I call its extremely busy, Yh even at dead in 9am, 12pm, 3.13pm, 5.55pm... No matter what, I'm.on hold for over 20minutes.. The 20minute mark comes and I hang up. I need to sort my car insurance out, I don't know if I'm. Insured on my new car or not!
So Yh, service may seem cheap online but after care customer service, we'll I don't think it exists!”

Then they tried to charge me an early exit fee during a cooling off period.”
