I will never take insurance out with these again. I can't say what they are like to deal with when you have a claim or need to contact them for anything as i haven't needed to do that, however, when your insurance is up.and it is tome for renewal they constantly hound you!! For three weeks now i have had phone calls from them at least 3 times a day to renew my insurance with them! It is getting seriously frustrating! I am not renewing as their price was more than I was paying last year..I have found cheaper elsewhere but they will not leave me alone! For your own sanity do not take out insurance with them
