Honestly one of the WORST insurance companies ever. I can’t wait until my year is up and I never have to contact them again. They are rude, intrusive and unhelpful, and their customer service is AWFUL. Never again will I make the mistake of going with them- next time I’ll pay the extra £200 to go elsewhere.
