“I have called to gather documents allowing me to recover excess paid from the other side's insurer. Ayanda initially told me he couldn't help so I gave him all security info and he put me on hold for 10 minutes before I just hung up. I called back and Dhirel simply hung up on me. I am amazed at how poor this customer service is. I would not recommend you at this point.”
“Only started policy today so can’t say a lot but lady in the phone who called me to take payment well it took nearly 45 mins to take a payment that would of took 2 mins in the web.

“Had over a weeks emails to say they were going to cancel my policy because I hadn't sent them the correct documents. I had emailed them several times and uploaded the documents on the portal. Everytime I rang I couldn't get through. Left emails for them to ring me to sort the problem out and never once received a call. Eventually got sorted when I sat on the phone for near an hour”
“Disgusted that when cancelling the policy they charged me a £75.00 cancellation fee and kept me hanging on the phone for ages. Won't be using these rip off merchants again!”

“Great prices but if you need to make a claim your doomed! My car was hit outside of my home, whilst the car was unoccupied, it took 2 weeks and being passed to 4 different ‘accident management companies’ To finally have my wrote off car taken away, (it was taken away and brought back after they didn’t listen to what was happening), another 3 months for the payout because they ‘forgot to process it’ and then 4 months later the other named driver tried to renew his insurance to be told he couldn’t as he’d failed to disclose an accident. They’d only had the other named driver down as driving the car at the time of the accident. All of this not including the conflicting information I had from numerous members of staff, the attitude from a supervisor which was appalling. There’ll be a full complaint going in shortly and I’d be extremely surprised if they didn’t face a hefty fine from their regulator with how this was all dealt with.”

Can’t understand what the staff say when you call up. They talk too fast, always a bad line. However, it was easy in the fact that I was only on the phone 15 minutes setting up my new policy.”
“Impossible to deal with, ask from the beginning of policy to change direct debit date and they still took it on a different date charging £25 per transaction.

“Go to cancel Insurance as vehicle is being scrapped, I got the final figure which was more than usual monthly payment and was immediately asked for my card details, I said I would have to ring back to then be told I had 7 days to pay it or it would be sent to a debt collection agency... 7 DAYS... An e mail request for a change to the policy is not acceptable it has to be done on the recorded phone system so they have a record I may be stupid but an e mail is a recorded document
