Had over a weeks emails to say they were going to cancel my policy because I hadn't sent them the correct documents. I had emailed them several times and uploaded the documents on the portal. Everytime I rang I couldn't get through. Left emails for them to ring me to sort the problem out and never once received a call. Eventually got sorted when I sat on the phone for near an hour
