I have called to gather documents allowing me to recover excess paid from the other side's insurer. Ayanda initially told me he couldn't help so I gave him all security info and he put me on hold for 10 minutes before I just hung up. I called back and Dhirel simply hung up on me. I am amazed at how poor this customer service is. I would not recommend you at this point.
