Bluefin is a family-run business based in Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire. The team has grown up around the sea. Holidaying on the coast of Scotland, their love of the ocean has grown from a hobby to a successful company, now providing SUPs to people all over the World.

We offer a wide and diverse range of SUP boards to suit everybody, whether you’re an avid paddle boarder or just starting out. If you’re looking for an all-rounder we recommend our Cruise range which comes in 4 different sizes ranging from 8ft to 15ft. If you’re a more advanced paddle-boarder then take a look at our Cruise Carbon range.

For the explorer and adventurer, take a look at our Sprint range, our Sprint paddle-boards benefit from a long profile & angled nose that cuts through the water with each stroke. Choose between the 10’8 & 12′ depending on your height & weight or the 15′ for longer distance paddling & tandem use.

If you’ve fancied doing Yoga on the water then we have our wider range of paddleboards starting with the Aqua Fit, the perfect balance & space. It also paddles perfectly as an all-around board. If you have a large group of friends but can only take 1 paddleboard then the 18ft Mammoth board is one to look at, great for group activities and can fit 10 people on deck at once for some serious paddling teamwork.

Poor product naught the voyage it was cheaply made. I weigh 165 lbs when standing in the water water was coming over the deck. The cooler was made of cheap Chinese plastic. The bag said cruise on it. And the pontoons on the side seemed like they where basically taped on it I would not recommend this for anyone. I would buy a different brand

What a terrible experience dealing with this company! Carbon cruise package received with lots of problems, exchanged and still have problems. Serious faults with the carry bag that is simply not fit for purpose - brand new and the wheels collapse making it impossible to roll. The company utterly unable to resolve. They told me to send the entire 27kg package back in order to exchange just the carry bag, but they cannot or refuse to confirm what bag they will send in its place - may or may not have wheels, may be a different size, different colour, quite possibly totally unsuitable. The warranty is effectively meaningless. Never in my life have I experienced such inept customer service, such poor design, such dismal warranty provision, and such an error-strewn website. Only the most badly run company would expect you to send a product back for exchange without any assurance of what you will actually receive back. Ask yourself seriously is this the type of company you want to buy from?

Cancellation return not getting the needed support. I had ordered a SUP from Bluefin online but wanted to change it. Therefore customer support advised me to refuse the delivery so that it gets sent back to them and then I would receive my money back. I did exactly so and did not wait to make the order of the sup I really wanted, being confident everything would get reimbursed smoothly. Unfortunately after 3 weeks of emailing I continue to get what seems to be automatically bot generated responses. The type of response also comes back meaning that whatever I write or do, it does not get taken into account and in reality nobody is looking to find out where things are stuck (being that the goods do not seem to get returned to them, but I never got a tracking number so for me it is impossible to verify, not for the initial delivery, nor for the return). I am urging for some time now for somebody from Bluefin to look into this as otherwise it will drag on, but unfortunately no human response, no phone call, no added search, just repeated standard answers which bring me back to square one. No telephone number has been provided from Bluefin. That is the reason for writing this review. I am disappointed that for a brand which highlights quality, that the after service is simply not there. The issue is request 4772 and I am hoping finally a human person will call me after having read all the emails and checked into the matter. Best Fred

Do not Buy from this Company They Advertise a Product they sent me A smaller carry bag the larger pump does not fit the area designed for Pumps. I have left my number All the assistance I received is watch The videos are bags are designed to be snug. I sent 3 different Pictures with Illustrations and pictures of the Advertise bag and the one that I received and paid for. Still a Generic info. E-mail from John.

Hello all, Board ok - procedure Bluefin at least doubtful. Have selected an offer there (incl. camera) and then a discount code still used. Unfortunately, the camera was not included in the delivery. When asked, it turned out that with double discount - the first I did not know and have not entered, unfortunately, the camera was removed from the cart. The Customer Service was sooo nice and has pointed out to me yes that I released the order afterwards. But there was only the package booked by me. If from the system content from my shopping cart are taken, I would expect a notice clearly. In my view, almost unfair behavior. A return shipment of the sup was offered to me at my own expense of course...unbelievable. Other manufacturers have good boards too!!!

Is there an option for 0 stars? I ordered a cruise carbon 12’ for €899. Since i’m from the Netherlands i paid for it via iDeal. Ordering and paying went smoothly, but after i noticed didn’t get a confirmation email for my order. So i contacted bluefin. The guy said they could’t find my order and asked me to mail him proof of my payment. So I mailed him a screenshot of my bank transaction. Still no confirmation email, but instead now he asks me to send him a copy of my confirmation mail of the order… UNBELIEVABLE… don’t know if they’ll provide a solution or even want to solve this at all. All I’m getting from them is: whatever, too bad and f you. It shouldn’t be hard or too much hassle to find the payment in their bank transactions, would it? But instead they keep telling me payment wasn’t successful. I got solid proof, right here. Was even planning on ordering a second one, if I liked the sup, because it’s on sale at the moment. But will definitely steer clear from this company, now this has happened. Don’t know if they’re even planning on shipping my order eventually or just wanna take my money and deliver nothing. So far it feels a lot like playing a game of roulette or just putting a big sum of money through the shredder… and it seems like i’m not the only one, to whom this has happened, when you take a look the other reviews. Might not happen very often, but if this happens to you, you definitely regret ordering from these people. At his point I don’t even want my order anymore, just want my money back. What also bothers me is that they are pretending to be a decent company, but no apologies, no nothing so far. They just don’t care about customers… AT ALL

Ordered the Bluefin 12ft Cruise Carbon because I had read positive reviews online and was looking for a board that would be stable for paddling with my dog and kids. When it arrived I couldn't even pick it up! It was insanely heavy. Unless you are a professional weight lifter or have a small army to help you carry it to the water this board is a joke. I'm a 5'7'' female, fit, and reasonably strong and I couldn't even get the box off my porch. Had to have a neighbor help me pick it up to get it back to UPS to return ship and at UPS they had to have 2 bigger male delivery workers carry it out of my car when I dropped off for return shipping. I also had to pay for the return shipping so be warned! Return shipping was ~$60. I shipped it and UPS tracking says it was delivered last week and I still have not received a refund! Emailed multiple times and only response is that they are still waiting for confirmation of receipt even though I provided the proof of delivery receipt and tracking number. Bad experience overall and still annoyed that the weight of the board was not transparent on the specs / seems like the weight details were buried and I didn't realize it would be so heavy until it was already at my door. Disappointed and would not order a Bluefin board again. I believe the other reviews that it is probably very durable and sturdy but that's because it weighs nearly 40lbs for just the board and the other gear and backpack make it unwieldy to haul around.

I can confirm that under the Bluefin 5-year warranty, as we provided yourself with a fully functioning item with no faults, should you wish to return it to us, the cost is the responsibility of the customer. Placed an order 10 days ago. I have not received an email confirmation but they have charged my credit card. The only customer service number I see is out of the country in the UK. Doesn't look like there is a US contact.

It’s been three months. Still no SUP, customer service is shocking. DPD have confirmed it’s lost and they are still unwilling to refund me. They say they will only refund me once DPD have returned the package to them. Well that can’t happen if it’s lost fgs!! I’m having to take legal action to get my money back. Not to mention they blocked me from social media for asking questions and they take a week to reply via email!! 57 messages later and still ongoing!! And when you call, they say to email!! This is going to be a long journey. I would strongly suggest against buying from this disgrace of a company, be very careful and don’t just read the good reviews!!

I have purchased NEW DEAL Bluefin Cruise SUP Package | Stand Up Inflatable Paddle Board | 6” Thick | Fibreglass Paddle | Kayak Conversion Kit 10’8″ , and no any whatsoever confirmation or something from Bluefin. In August I got a SUP Cruise Carbon 12, including a backpack with wheels, great idea, unfortunately it only lasted one day, then it was torn. a complaint was made on the same day. The customer service offered only € 40.00 for self-repair, which is very strange. After a wrong UPS label was emailed to me, I would like to return with the correct label. The new rucksack was sent, not without wheels. And again wrote the customer service, and of course no answer. I just want to have the backpack back that I have complained about, the SUB was not cheap, and I cannot support a recommendation or a positive rating. The customer service is just as bad as the way the customers are dealt with.

I ordered a BlueFin SUP for my birthday on 06/08/2021, the order included a free electric pump and at the time of ordering was in stock for delivery. The following week I received a message from SEKO Rotterdam advising that I had a package on route, the following day (10/08/21) DPD messaged to advise they would be delivering my SEKO package. On 10/08 the pump was delivered but no board, I had read on the order that when more than 1 item they would likely come separately so I was fine with this. What happened from this point forward was the start of an ongoing dispute with BlueFin. On the evening of the 10/08 I revived a further message from DPD advising me my package would be delivered on 09/08 (previous Day) how odd, so I tracked the package (my £499 board) that was now on its way back to Rotterdam, after a long and painful discussion with DPD I was advised: “Your parcel is being returned back to your sender in the Netherlands as, the invoice value doesn’t match goods description and / or quantity of items declared” I shared this information with BlueFin to be given an reply 3 days later with “Great news it is on its way here is the tracking number – the same tracking that has my board on its way back to them. From here I called and e-mailed them on an ongoing basis just to try and find a board I had paid £499 for but had now way of tracking or sight of where is was nor clearly did the people at Bluefin. Eventually after weeks of back and forth every time dealing with someone new and every time waiting at least 2 days for a reply I raised a dispute with PayPal. At the point at which PayPal froze the funds I suddenly started getting communication from Bluefin, they provided me with a label to return the pump which I did so on 01/09, they advised they had received it and would process my refund it is now 29/09 and I still am waiting for my refund, they have actually advised PayPal that I have not returned the pump, so I have sent all the images and tracking to PayPal but still nothing. Bluefun have by far the worst team of customer service reps I have ever dealt with their incompetence is only matched by their inability to provide clear and accurate information. To ANYONE reading this I urge you to look elsewhere – you can get the exact same spec boards for far less money with far better service from other companies, Bluefin DO NOT have their customers best interests at heart they are only after you money and screw looking after your needs as a consumer. As I final point I have reams and reams of e-mail some answered many ignored that I plan to share with the UK trading standards outlining these issues over the passage of time.

Ordered 10th September. Still not arrived by 20th. Although the website stated 7 days, and return email comms state 14 days, it is currently sat on a trailer at the DPD Imports department waiting to be returned to the Netherlands and therefore will not arrive within any measure of time cited by Bluefun. Communication with the company is atrocious - they will not talk to their customers over the phone. Not sure when there will be a resolution to my problem as a request for telephone callback has been ignored and my email, although received (confirmed by the bot), has so far also been ignored. They have my money and I've no confidence I'll receive the product before the days are too short to actually make use of it. Annoyingly, I bought on recommendation - I work for an organisation big on adventurous sports of all kinds and will certainly NOT be recommending.

I have not yet received my board which was ordered on 24th June. No customer service dept in UK. Emailed as requested at least 6 times and even emailed management as requested by your presales team. All i want is my board which was a gift for my birthday and to actually speak to a human rather than an automated response.

Bought a 10'8 SUP on 23/7/21. Board is faulty and unable to be used and have sent a video showing the problem to customer support services on 3/8/21. Have had NO response what so ever despite repeated emails and call to marketing team who said I should get a response within 48 hours. Now wish to return the product for a full refund and still no response from Bluefin. What is the point of a 5 year warranty when we are unable to use the board at all!! It is not fit for purpose so due to these problems would not recommend this company's products. Hoping that the company may respond to this message.

I received a response - yes a response - however not to any emails I sent but on this forum , which makes sense as it sends an to those reading impression that they do indeed exist and reply. “As we appreciate that issues can occur, we have a dedicated team in place who work tirelessly to ensure all queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently” I think their idea of quickly and efficiently differs from the majority of the customers who have experienced the “dedicated” team. I would suggest that the 5 star reviews that keep appearing are totally fantasy, the massive extremes in their service cannot possibly occur, a few negatives, some mixed and some good yes. I give them a year - max .

Customer service is non existent! Bag was broken, pump was broken and I didn't get my free electric pump because they sent me a voucher code for £30 off and neglected to mention you can't use the voucher code and get a free pump. It's good to have a 5 year warranty but as you can't contact anyone how can you use it? I would definitely not choose bluefin again.
