Item tracked, then showing as delivered! Can't fault the initial customer service response, driver put as left on step, except it wasn't our step. They said they would get the driver to go back (if it hasn't been stolen etc), asked for a follow up, and now emails are ignored and 6 hours after the wrong delivery. Not particularly hopeful!

utter rubbish orderd 4 car tyres only got 2 deliverd still waiting on the other 2 to come :-(

The worst courier for delivery & customer service This is the 2nd time in less than 2 weeks APC have failed to deliver parcel to me. They give 2 hour delivery slots and yo u can track how far away the parcel is which is useful until it get to your delivery slot and then it disappears. I phoned and was told once the delivery time has passed it is REMOVED!! what use is that for someone who has waited in for 2 hours to get their parcel(s). First time I phones and they agreed to deliver Saturday morning but by that time they had broken one of the three parcels!! Today this happened yet again and when I phoned after waiting 20 minutes I was disconnected and so rang again waited 20 minutes to be told my parcel was now leaking!! Surly it was OK when they put it on the van and so they have broken one or more of the bottles in transit. I have now had 2 dealings with this company and listened at length to their message on the phone about how good they are and experts in IT but they are very very bad at customer service and actually delivering parcels on time without breaking them

The package should be delivered today. I received an email from APC Overnight that the delivery was successful. However, there was no one with the delivery, so I called the company. A courier came after few minutes and told me he had left the package outside the door but there was no parcel when I opened the door for him. I asked why he didn't knock on the door and deliver it to me. I work at home, so I could pick up this parcel at any time. He couldn't explain it to me. I am very disappointed. Why did the courier leave the package at my door without informing me about it. He didn't even knock on my door .. Should I go outside the house every 5 minutes to check if the parcel was delivered and left next to my door? In addition, the shipment is a canvas overall size: 120cm x 40cm. by calling APC they told me to call the police and report the theft ... what delivery company leaves a 1.2 meter high package next to the customer's door without knocking .... right next to the sidewalk and street, visible from a distance of 100 meters

Absolutely useless. Delivery attempt was without any notice. First redelivery didn’t turn up at all! Refused to leave in safe place, or with neighbour, Second promised re delivery didn’t turn up at all. (“Driver ran out of time” - great route planning! I saw an APC van just up the road) After trying to phone (line busy every attempt) I emailed and received assurances of redelivery…. Didn’t arrive. Repeated the process…. Didn’t arrive. On last attempt, tracked the delivery to half a mile away, watched the APC van drive past my house with my parcel on board (presumably) and me waiting like an idiot at the top of the drive…. Van disappeared, tracking system closed and that was the last I heard! I cancelled the order and re ordered from someone who promised not to use AP (completely useless) C!

Literally the ONLY company that won't leave your delivery in the garage or safe space and actually NOT deliver the item!!! 😯🤣🤣 weird company

i used APC for next business day delivery. the driver didn't even knock my door and I was home all day, just put a card through. so i had to wait a further 2 days for it to be re-delivered, the same thing happened and i was in all day ..no knock. just a card. i sent 2 emails with no reply to APC..bear in mind i ordere3d this parcel on the monday it is now friday, so i call the company who i ordered the parcel from, they arranged saturday delivery for mewith APC. waited in saturday nothing ...called APC they knew nothing and told me to call monday.. monday came no reply from APC,I called the company I ordered from again who said it is still in their warehouse. Tuesday (today) 9.30am I called them and the parcel was still on the shelf and all the drivers were out for delivery. they say it will come tomorrow but right now i have zero faith in this and wish it had been sent by royal mail. Terrible service for a next day delivery.

3 boxes due for deliver in 2 hour timed slot on Friday 13th August. Waiting in for 4 hours and order did not arrive. They did not have the curtesy to keep me advised of what was happening. I had to contact the local depot. Told driver took delivery of a large pallet and that meant he could not get to the items he should have been delivering!! Told would arrive Saturday morning. Unfortunately only 2 boxes arrived and the driver was very rude telling me it was not his problem!! Contacted depot yet again and they spend 4 hours locating the missing box and when I rang back was told it was damaged. Disgraceful service and I certainly do not recommend using them

The delivery (ordered from Argos) was flawless except for an update email which claimed that the delivery was going to be on the same day as dispatch! Luckily, I worked out that it was most likely wrong. This was from Melrose Textiles though not APC. APC gave a two hour window and the delivery was trackable from early morning. The delivery chap was pleasant and friendly. So no complaints. They are streets ahead of Yodel and Hermes.

Terrible service bought item on eBay which was left on doorstep that wasn’t their when I arrived home now eBay seller won’t send another or refund and apc not taking blame so I’m now left out of pocket

Awful service. Avoid. I paid for next day delivery but the driver couldn't be bothered to deliver my parcel.(despite sending a text to give me a time slot) When I chased it I was told "the driver had run out of time" no apology and no communication from them to say parcel was going to be late.

APC emailed to inform me that a delivery (of critical chemicals for my company) was due to be delivered the next day. Waited in all day tracking the consignment but it appeared to never update correctly. After our usual working hours with no show from the driver, we left. Messaged the depot, called the depot, no answer - discovered by chance that the parcel was being edelivered some days later. Still no chemicals - its been a week now and no tracking information, no answer on the numbers given - awful awful service from a company claiming to deliver overnight.

I'm disabled, on two walking sticks. I asked delivery driver to place parcel inside doorway to no avail. Driver should have asked my name and enter it on handheld device but did not. Just dumped parcel on doorstep and walked away. Very poor service.

Had a message delivery between 13:48 15:58. Then changed too 14:58 1758. At 18:03 on my Tracking stated Delivery rearranged by customer . WHAT not by me....Wasted a complete afternoon and no Package that I promised to a third party. Utterly useless.

And I thought Hermes and Yodel were bad but this shower beat them at being useless hands down. Purchased goods on eBay on 4th August and was dispatched the same day. APC said it was delivered on the 5th which it was not and then when I emailed them they said "Oh, that was a mistake" and it would be delivered on 9th Aug 21 which of course it wasn't. We went out today (10th Aug) and returned home around 3.20pm to find £58 worth of parcel just sitting on the doorstep. We live on a main road and anybody could have taken it but as it was 15kg I suspect that was the only reason it was still there. Useless is not a strong enough word for this shower of a company and one wonders how on earth they get away with it day in day out. I would leave 0 or even minus if I could but alas, I cant. Use this company at your peril.

They don’t give you delivery updates so I’ve missed my delivery and can’t take time off to wait I’ve never heard of a company that runs like this before

After talking to two operators I was told there had been a problem and my package it was at the depot still at 1400 I was promised a next day delivery before 1000am. Never happened and no staff at Thorn would pick up the phone on Saturday truley disappointing as the package was frozen food. WhyPromise a service and not deliver

Supposed many attempted deliveries and card left. Didn’t happen as destination was a mailbox store open to public and on a main road. Emailed them. No reply. Contacted company sending products. Said APC would give one more try. Still no delivery. Parcel being returned to sender. I do not believe for one moment that a single delivery was attempted.
