Item tracked, then showing as delivered!
Can't fault the initial customer service response, driver put as left on step, except it wasn't our step.
They said they would get the driver to go back (if it hasn't been stolen etc), asked for a follow up, and now emails are ignored and 6 hours after the wrong delivery.
Not particularly hopeful!
