“Wished to cancel purchase in line with my consumer rights and was informed it would cost just as much to cancel as it would be to continue with purchase despite this being an unreasonable cancellation charge. No response to complaint.”

“I am at the moment discussing with the Citizens advice bureau and a lawyer to see whether I can report you to the trading standards for the poor service I have received in my dealings with your company as i received not one plate but two, one for myself and one for my partner and we never received any authenticity certificates. when i enquired about this I was told it would cost us £65 pounds for duplicate certificates to be delivered and when they were they were the originals that we never received in the first place and to rub salt in the wound the plate I purchased for my car it was not possible to display on my car this I learned when i went onto another site and when i showed interest in a plate an advisory pop up appeared to explain what car this plate could be attached to something that was not available on your site so look forward to hearing from myself in due course Yours Regretfully David Thomson”

“Absolutely Shocking Company! Still waiting on refund they have ‘issued’ twice now and have asked me twice for my last 4 digits of my card number which is exactly the same as discussed before! Been waiting for a refund for more then 60 days as quoted in terms and conditions!”

“Poor customer service I received unfortunately. After purchased a reg for my father's birthday 10 days later I rang as I had not received it. I got told I would get a call back but didn't. I then rang 2 days later and I got told id get a call back that afternoon but I didn't. I then rang again the following day a whole 15 days after paying for the reg only to be told there had been a mistake and the reg should have never been put on the website for sale. I then had no choice but to change it to a different reg as its so close to my fathers birthday. Overall glitches happen but what annoyed me was the shear amount of chasing I had to do. Its a 1 star from me”

“I'd call them ABSOLUTEJOKE. Bought & paid for a plate that was still on a car waiting on an assessment to see if it had been written off.. months later Still no assessment, vivid times or not.. a joke. I even went back on website & could buy it again even though I'd already bought n paid for it once!!! If buying a plate. Call them first & make sure its readily available. If so it wont take long to get but buyer beware..”

“I didn't fully understand the process of taking one private plate off my car and replacing it with another one. I felt rushed into making a decision over the phone even though they knew I didn't understand. I couldn't then reverse my decision as they actioned the transfer as soon as I hung up. I was also told conflicting information and the number plates I ordered were of poor quality.”
