I am at the moment discussing with the Citizens advice bureau and a lawyer to see whether I can report you to the trading standards for the poor service I have received in my dealings with your company as i received not one plate but two, one for myself and one for my partner and we never received any authenticity certificates. when i enquired about this I was told it would cost us £65 pounds for duplicate certificates to be delivered and when they were they were the originals that we never received in the first place and to rub salt in the wound the plate I purchased for my car it was not possible to display on my car this I learned when i went onto another site and when i showed interest in a plate an advisory pop up appeared to explain what car this plate could be attached to something that was not available on your site so look forward to hearing from myself in due course Yours Regretfully David Thomson
