I didn't fully understand the process of taking one private plate off my car and replacing it with another one. I felt rushed into making a decision over the phone even though they knew I didn't understand. I couldn't then reverse my decision as they actioned the transfer as soon as I hung up. I was also told conflicting information and the number plates I ordered were of poor quality.
