“I love how contactable you are and though multiple check in and follow up emails are a bit much I think they help secure the order. I would only say for Zkeleton (UK disco band) clear shipping information rather than ‘not set in stone’ would be helpful. It seems like you’re hedging your bets a bit! Also ‘set in stone’ is a bit colloquial so maybe think about clearer language, especially for international customers/markets”
