With the company we've ordered from before having put up their prices 30% in the last few years, I was searching around for an alternative and found Yazzoo Personalised Clothing. At first, Google reviews were concerning, but I did my due diligence and found largely positive reviews on other sites. So we went with them. Well, now I can say from experience that this company is great! I had fantastic communication from many different staff members, both on the website chat and via email. Both the automated emails and personal replies were communicative and clear and timely. I was able to see the cleaned up artwork before pressing the confirmation button for the last time, and later was able to add a couple of extra hoodies to the order. Delivery was very fast and definitely before the required date, and the print quality and quality of the W72 Hoodies themselves were excellent. Everyone was very, very pleased with theirs. There was a small defect in the pocket of a CR01 Basic Hoodie (which had a few colour choices the W72 did not), but again, excellent communication and a replacement for that is being sent out right away. Our hoodies were very popular when we wore them at a recent event, and so we'll be putting in another order this week for those who now want one!
