“I have used tool store for years - formerly Entwistle and Joynt the business has undergone a number of changes and locations. I've always found them reasonable and responsive. Most recently I had purchased a palm sander. There was a part missing from the box. They provided the missing part, no questions asked. Would I choose these guys over the box moving stores well, yes I absolutely would.”

“I am always wary of using a new company for the first time but I have to say this company is excellent. The products arrive very quickly and are very well packaged. Prices are reasonable and communication good. I have also needed to use their advise when back in stock service which is excellent too. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.”

“Speedy service abd they use DPD who are the best local couriers. Only slight gripe was that the impact driver was lirerally 'body only' in a polythene bag but I accept it is as described. I had hoped for better packaging since it is a gift”
