I have used tool store for years - formerly Entwistle and Joynt the business has undergone a number of changes and locations. I've always found them reasonable and responsive. Most recently I had purchased a palm sander. There was a part missing from the box. They provided the missing part, no questions asked. Would I choose these guys over the box moving stores well, yes I absolutely would.
