“The website is comprehensive and the ordering process was straightforward. I have been given a delivery date 6 weeks from the order date. I cannot comment any further until I have taken delivery and assembled the shed.”
“Personal service via telephone was fantastic. However, trying to get an order placed via website proved difficult. Hoping that the quality of product lives up to description.”
“Overall the quality of the shed is good and the insturctions are clear and explicit. But then you get right to the end of the assembly only to find that they do not supply the necessary beading and sealant to fit the windows! - how draft is that. These items are available as an extra (cost: £18.99 for my 4 windows), but so irritating to have wait 3 or 4 days for that to arrive to complete the work. I would have been happy to pay another £19 up front to have a complete kit.”

“I have been looking around for some time to get another shed, it came down to two, the Tiger which I`v now ordered and another.
Both had very good specs and helpful support but the price really couldn`t be matched< iv yet to see it built so I will update my review accordingly.”
“The quality of the shed is great, however the Z bits were missing and a couple of bits were damaged where there were no protective blocks. Also beading to go around the windows would be good.”
“Purchasing very easy promptley delivered, be careful unpacking the pallet as parts are loose inside. The design and concept is ok but let down by poor quality control shiplap on panels did'nt line up with adjoining panel so visually looks poor, instructions to download were poor. 50+ years of diy experience enabled me to work out / overcome the lack of clear instructions, how a novice would do I'm not sure. I would prefer to install the glass completely rather than just seal them in.”
“I purchased a shed last year but unfortunately doing a large garden clear up lost the only key, searched for it over 3 times, don't know why it can't be found its a big key but Tiger came to the rescue and have been able to purchase another key from them. No more gardening until new key arrives! My only grumble is the time it took to get call answered which is why I haven't rated excellent. My shed still looks good one year on and was pretty easy to put together and instructions were clear too (built by a handyman and these were his comments).”
“I've only put 4 because the actual order hasn't arrived yet but the process so far has been very good and we have week-dates of when they can be expected. That is not a criticism or something they have done wrong, it's just that I can't say what quality they will be, nor whether we would recommend the actual products yet but that doesn't mean we won't love them when they get here.”
“I'll modify review when I get the shed, until then who knows what it will be like? As for ordering, very simple on the website & got a reasonable discount which is always nice ( was waiting for that before I ordered ) That said I do think the lead time seems a bit excessive.”

“Everything happened as stated in the purchase order. The quality was excellent. What wasn't quite as good was the clarity of the instructions. There were sections of wood attached to the shed that were there for transporting purposes, but that was not explained in the instructions. Following my telephone conversation with Tiger Sheds I hope that has now been put right. The shed is solid.”
