I purchased a shed last year but unfortunately doing a large garden clear up lost the only key, searched for it over 3 times, don't know why it can't be found its a big key but Tiger came to the rescue and have been able to purchase another key from them. No more gardening until new key arrives! My only grumble is the time it took to get call answered which is why I haven't rated excellent. My shed still looks good one year on and was pretty easy to put together and instructions were clear too (built by a handyman and these were his comments).
