“i have already sent email few weeks ago but no reply - Dear Sealskinz Team, I recently placed an order with you (Order Number: UK355477) for two pairs of waterproof socks. However, the ones I received are the thin version, whereas I have consistently ordered the thicker version over the past several years. I have been a long-time customer of Sealskinz, purchasing from you for the last 10 years. While I have often used the guest checkout, my previous orders have always been for the thicker waterproof socks. If you check my past orders under my name and address (2A Holly Park Drive, Bradford BD7 40A), you will see that I have consistently bought the same type. I'd like to return these two pairs and get the correct thicker version instead. Please let me know: 1. The return process for these socks. 2. The correct item reference for the thicker version. 3. “I used these gloves for the first time to removed wet branches from a recently felled tree. Very quickly my fingers were wet. So much for being waterproof. Expensive waste of money, not impressed.”

“Out of the 4 products ive bought from seal skin (2 x waterproof socks 1x shorts 1xwolferton gloves) all but the shorts have been faulty and required replacement. Still waiting on them making a decision on weather coming apart at the seam is faulty or not !”

“This is not a commentary on the product. It has not arrived and beginning to think it will never come. Even for oversee's delivery it past due. I ordered it a month ago. Another product from a different company in UK was ordered a week later, and came a week and a half a go. If you are in the US, do not recommend ordering from here. I am sure their products are great however, what's the point, if you do not receive what you paid for.”

“Socks too forever to get to my home, by the time I received them I had already left to hike the Appalacian Trail. Than it cost my wife to bounce them to me. Once received the socks were found to be rubbing on my feet, even tried using liners. Epic fail”
