“Nice waterproof products which I have used for some time - the navigator hat has been excellent for both cycling and kayaking in the worst of weathers. My latest trial of waterproof beanies didn't finish well as their sizingg is all over the place. Either too tight around the forehead or a larger size had me looking like gnome. On sending stuff back at my cost ( I understand legally it is for the company to pay) is expensive and not viable. I won't repeat the online route. Also SS were slow to react and respond, in fact they didn't do either on my return.”

“Husband is pleased with new hat purchased for Christmas. It is very cosy perfect for current colder weather, won't be wearable in milder days. We get a lot of rain here too so waterproof element should come in handy too. It makes a slight crinkling sound when you put it on but not noticeable when worn. Good delivery too.”

“Product is quality as expected but the lack of communication from sealskinz was extremely disappointing. Took over a week to dispatch for delivery, and due to the lack of updates I chased for answers several times. Did not receive a single response. Very disappointing.”

“Only one problem. The lining in one finger of the glove has crumpled up and needs pushing back with a pencil or similar after each wear. Only worn twice since Christmas Day. 🙁”
