“I received my shipment prior to the day I was told I would. However the tracking system seemed to be very inadequate. I also received a size small in the socks I ordered. If I mischecked the size then that is my fault but I don't even remember being prompted as to size.”

“Hats are good quality, but one of the hats I ordered is too small. There are no exchanges to Canada and I emailed to confirm that I need to just send the hat back to the Canadian address provided on the website, but there has been no response in over a week. I am hesitant to just send a hat back without any confirmation that I will get a refund.”
