“I live in Canada and just wanted process on how to return a product. Whomever I spoke to, was helpful but was unable to answer my question and explained that someone would send me the procedure on returns. I explained that to return a product from where I live, I can only go thru the Postal Service. When I did receive information on how to return product, it explained how to return, by parcel service and not Postal Service from Canada. Not a big deal, but would've been nice to get correct info. Will have to contact you again.”

“I found the gloves very good in temperatures of plus 8 to around 4 or slightly less degrees. The fingers seem a bit long but if you push your hand in it fills the dead air space. They have good protection from bumps and scuffs to your hands.”

“First pair ordered were too big, however easily exchanged for smaller size, can't comment on use as have not yet been worn.”

“Really impressed with my gloves and hat I bought. The socks kept my feet warm and dry on a long rainy walk. Haven’t used my hat yet but can imagine I will be v pleased with it.”

“Bought a pair of gloves from Rab I’m thought they were cheap quality and not warm enough for what I needed them for. I then bought a pair of gloves from sealskinz and the quality is significantly different. Their incredibly warm and don’t have uncomfortable seams in between the fingers. would definitely recommend.”

“Your products are very good but i had an old pair of socks that had a leak Filled in the on line form and that was the last i herd 3 week's ago”
