“Had to return gloves becasue they were too small. Easy exchange process. Nice gloves too, fully waterproof which is important when you have a cold wet windy day walking in the lakes.”

“I've been a long time fan of Sealskinz since a pair of them saved my walking trip through England. The first day of the trip my "waterproof" hiking boots were soaked after walking through bogs and wet grass. A quick trip to town, where there was a outdoor provisions store and I was saved by the Sealskinz socks. I won't walk without them!”

“Nach einem mißlungenem Zustellversuch, Gründe nicht bekannt, hat dann doch noch alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit geklappt. Habe den Support kontaktiert und Sie haben innerhalb von 3 Stunden eine Ersatzlieferung auf den Weg gebracht, so wünscht man sich guten Kundenservice. Die Ware war es Wert etwas länger zu warten. “I mistakenly ordered small size waterproof gloves over 6m ago for motorcycle riding on rainy days. Never worn I put these in my tail bag. A few weeks ago I contacted Sealskinz and Krystal replied this is unusual but they would look at pictures. I sent pics and was informed they would accept them back and send me a full refund. I received shipping labels. I immediately bought the next larger size and am very pleased. Thank you again Krystal for help & support.”

“These work well but are very baggy. Other socks by Sealskinz have been fine so there is something odd about this model. Subsequent contact with the Sealskinz customer service team was disapponting. I'd recommend buying from someone else!”

“I live in Australia, so shipping took some time as expected. I received emails to review the Fring glove before it had arrived. It would be better to delay the automation of feedback emails for after a longer time period (e.g. 3 months). They used the courier service Aramex, who could not deliver to my post box/office. This could have been explained at the checkout. Aramex contacted me via SMS for delivery communication and updates.”
