“I order a pair of gloves in early December. I have not yet received them as of 01/18/22. Customer service has been wonderful keeping me updated on their progress coming to Arizona USA. I appreciate the frequent contact and updates from customer service . still waiting for my package but pleased with the attentiveness of the customer service department”

“I was sent the incorrect size of the glove. I found the return policy for Canadian customers quite cumbersome, particularly the one where the product must be returned at my expense with all the packaging materials in place. Fortunately, I had not recycled them. Secondly, if I wanted the correct size of the glove, my VISA account would be credited and I could reorder the proper size. It took an email reminder from me to get my account credited.”

“Bought some waterproof gloves. Unfortunately the cuff isn’t waterproof so when that gets wet the water runs inside of the glove via the wrist. Bit disappointing for me”

“Order didn’t show up on time. One pair of gloves fit great other pair was to small to even get on. If you charge premium prices it should be a premium product. I gave you a 3 because the pair that fit are very warm and keep my hands dry. I probably won’t order again as it’s to much of a pain to return items that don’t fit”
