“Gloves were brilliant I gave them to my partner as they were, unfortunately , too small for me. I will be ordering a larger pair in future for myself. I was disappointed that you have discontinued the range from which I wanted to purchase.”

Thank you for your review. We have looked into your reported issue with our Consumer team and we can see that a PayPal case had been raised to report a waterproofing issue with your new gloves. Our consumer team had reached out to you via PayPal, email, and telephone, but had been unable to connect with you to discuss the issue further or receive a warranty claim form to allow the issue to be logged and processed. The team issued a full refund for the order without a warranty claim through PayPal for you as we will always do our best to make things right where we can. We are very sorry that this issue had affected your order.

We have looked into your reported issue with our Consumer team and we can see that due to a system error, your parcel had shipped on our standard US delivery service and not express. Unfortunately, we are unable to amend courier services once a parcel has been shipped, but we can see that the team had communicated with you to acknowledge your disappointment and apologize and to process a partial refund of the funds paid for your order in way of an apology for the issue. We will always do our best to make things right where we can and we are very sorry that this issue had affected your order.

“What do I count on with every order? Quality craftsmanship. They never fail. Wherever water isn’t needed while riding my bicycle? Sealskinz is there. Shoe covers, gloves and socks. I got em:)”

“So I've always had the best luck with the socks from Sealskinz. Now this hat was supposed to have a brim and it didn't. It was way to tight for being a LG/XL. I was more sad then anything. I was so excited for it and then it came and was not what I thought. I love your products but living in Michigan it takes a long time to get let alone to return.”

“It started off with a pair of waterproof work gloves, somewhat pricey, but I’m very pleased with them and hopefully they’ll last! Next up, waterproof extreme cold weather hat and the all weather head gaitor, they are great 👍, shame I hadn’t bought them at the start of the winter.”
