Hi Barbara Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you have been presented with charges. We ship all International Orders with the instruction to ship DDP (delivered duty paid) . We have recently moved to a new fulfilment centre and there has been a system error at their end which has caused this issue for orders placed late October to early November. The matter has since been resolved by Nov 10th but could not be corrected for orders that had already been shipped prior to this date. Please accept our apologies again for this inconvenience. “Their products are second to none - I've used their gloves for years and would not go through a winter without them. I recently bought a pair of socks as my favourite walking boots are no longer 100% waterproof - and my feet are warm dry and cosy again whatever the weather!”

“Order arrived in just a couple of days. The high visibility waterproof gloves fit perfectly. The pair they are replacing (identical Sealskinz high vis waterproof) have lasted 3 years.😁 We’re so impressed with Sealskinz, we’ve also purchased a further 2 pairs of waterproof gloves.”
