“I am really impressed by how my hands stay 100% dry and allow me to stay warm enough to focus on my job. I wish the conductive material in the fingertips was stronger. I rarely get touch response using them.”

“I purchased a hat for my son. Unfortunately it was too small so he returned it. I then ordered a different size. I have had notification of a refund, but I have had to pay postage twice.”

“Poor quality product. Product wasn't evenly manufactured. Right hand warped compared to the other. Was not comfortable in the slightest. followed instructions for larger gloves than normal and fingers were still cold. Gutted I didn't get the same performance, comfort, and fit that other people did.”

“First parcel delivered through the empty property next door and no way to retrieve. Online American customer service was rubbish and ceased them getting 5 stars. However I will state UK customer service addressed as soon as I rang them up and provided excellent service.”

“I spend a lot of time outdoors in the winter and I love these gloves. They are warm and flexible, allowing me to do all my chores with them on. This is actually my second pair as I finally wore at the thumbs on my original pair -- but that is after several years of hard use on my farm.”

“Really happy with the process of buying and returning the product, but really disappointed with the actual product which was advertised as good for cold weather cycling but my fingers were incredibly numb after one use!”

“The gloves showed up great and all good. The fingers are short and slightly tight so they dont fit quite right. I tried several kinds of gloves on in an outlet and the XL was fine in all accounts. so these dont quite fit right but will pass them as they are close enough.”

“I ordered the wrong size, realised my error immediately and attempted to cancel the order. I was informed the process was automated and the order could not be cancelled. I found this very frustrating, plus a waste of delivery costs. However, SealSkinz allowed me to return the wrong-sized gloves once they'd arrived and I was able to substitue for the correct size, with no return or delivery costs for the new gloves. This was even though it was my error in the first instance. The new gloves have now arrived and I'm very pleased with the company and their service, if not their automated systems.”
