“The product itself is good…But 100% fully refundable is misleading. The process itself was easy to return the product…But the additional cost of the consumer paying the shipping fees (Fed Ex) is, in my opinion wrong. I had to return the product because the socks were too big. I did follow the recommended size guidelines, but they were still way too big. I did receive one size smaller abs to be honest those are also big on me. I am not going to return them, because I don’t want to pay an additional $18 for shipping. I truly believe that your sizing chart is definitely off. The Waterproof cold weather hat I purchased fit well. So, all in all, the product is good, but the experience of the return, albeit easy, was not pleasant. They end up being a very expensive pair of socks!”

“The socks are well made but are not true to the size advertised unfortunately. Mine are therefore too loose and flop around a bit, especially when wearing wellies. Being loose also means they might not be as warm as they could be. Cannot change them after trying them on. A trifle disappointed after spending so much money.”

“I have been buying these waterproof socks now for a few years they are good but lately the size seems to be a bit bigger. Would also like to have the older styles without the writing. However customer service is good”

“Products are of questionable quality and fit to size guides is poor- seem to come up small with the 2 pairs of gloves I have bought directly. The last pair split on first wearing do a refused claimed. This went through easily- possibly showing they have to do it a lot.”

“So I've always had the best luck with the socks from Sealskinz. Now this hat was supposed to have a brim and it didn't. It was way to tight for being a LG/XL. I was more sad then anything. I was so excited for it and then it came and was not what I thought. I love your products but living in Michigan it takes a long time to get let alone to return.”

“The product (cycling overshoes) are the normal high quality you would expect but the sizing is way off. I bought the right size but they are so tight I expect them to rip every time I try to put them on.”

“I bought two pair of cycling gloves. XL and 2XL. Both were tight and uncomfortable. I had to cut the wrist tabs off the 2XL to be able to wear them on a ride.”

“The original order was delivered perfectly, but when I returned the gloves to exchange for a larger size they were lost in your warehouse and I had to chase up after waiting over a week with no communication at all.”

“I am happy with the quality of the gloves but I wrote an email to double check the sizing before I ordered and was advised to order Medium. Unfortunately, they are much too big. Pretty disappointing.”

“I like the gloves but do not find they are totally waterproof, that being said they are the best I found. They have good dexterity and keep your hands dry in rainy conditions for at least an hour or two then the mosture slowly wicks through”
