“The product is amazing, the best hat I've ever had. I work outside and it's been an absolute game changer. Delivery was around 10 days,ridiculous time scale. I only live around 30 minutes from King's Lynn. Great product, Delivery is from the 80's.”

“I had an issue with my order for a Christmas present. It got lost. I got a hold of customer service. They were great in helping me figure out what to do next. They resent the order since the 1st one was never arrived. Finally got the gift! A little late for Christmas but he still loved his cycling gloves. Thank you so much.”

“Delivery just took too long. Had an email the day after purchase from shipping saying they were delivering item and then nothing for 10 days. No way to track the order as when it asked for postcode only have numbers as an option and could not enter letters. To be honest I thought I was being scammed. If you are paying a premium price for a product, the shipping has to be of a good standard and this was terrible. Overall the product I bought was great, I will not buy from them again because their shipping is so poor.”

“If you want warm hands don’t buy the griston gloves as they are not warm at all yes waterproof but not warm we have 2 pairs and would not recommend them to anyone who wants warm hands”
