“The hat looks nice and is very warm. Sizing is about what I expected. My own critique would be that the hat makes a crinkly sound, which makes it feel cheap. I think that *may* be something that makes it waterproof, I'm not sure, though.”

“Warm bone dry feet ! Worn under Mx boots for trail riding and road use, been great around 0 DegC and colder plus the wind chill, but are a little sweaty once the temps get higher so I'll be purchasing the non insulated version too. Length is good, went off the sizing and they feel a little baggy as they aren't shaped to form, could prob have gone with a size down. Quite thick so bear that in mind if you normally like to run a thin sock with tight boots. I use my Astars for winter that are half a size large and the socks pad them out perfectly.”

“Shipping problems aside since it’s not their fault - I ordered a winter hat (tuque) that was water proof—thought maybe some tech fabric but seems it’s some sort of plastic sandwiched between two layers of knit fabric—all good but the hat constantly is slipping up as I run and it’s also loud as the bag-thing crackles in the wind. Not such a great design IMHO but you asked”

“I needed a pair of their gloves to go out on exercise with and after put one of the gloves on the wrist strap simply came off with most of thr stitching. Paid a tidy ammount for a premium glove and that happens. It's my own fault for not returning them sooner but I literally had to move out the next morning after I revieved them and it's probably out of the returns policy period now so I've basically got one glove that doesn't fit right. Not what I was expecting at all, I should probably still try and see if I can get a refund in which case I might change the rating later but based on a first purchase. Incredibly poor manufacturing.”

“Definitely waterproof… I’m really impressed with the technology. Socks are a tad large and bulky even though I followed the sizing guide. I do have to wear a pair of merino wool liners on the very cold days here in Ontario (-10 deg, for example). Not sure if they’d be warm enough for me otherwise.”
