“I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sealskinz regarding my recent order. I placed it on October 15, and it was marked as delivered on October 22, yet I have not received my package. Despite reaching out to customer service several times, I am constantly directed to wait for updates from the courier, GLS, without any solid resolution in sight. This lack of accountability and the long wait for meaningful assistance have left me frustrated. I expected Sealskinz to manage the issue directly, considering the order was placed with them. Instead, the burden has been placed on me to follow up on something that should have been handled by the company. I hope this matter is resolved soon, but I am currently dissatisfied with the service provided.”

“Excellent quality and do what they say they will in all aspects. 1 issue I have is that they size up very small. I am a size 9(43) all day long, yet these are very tight on my toes and will need to stretch if I am not to continue having sore toes after long 7 hour hikes in these.”

“Great quality gear, the waterproof membrane really does its job, well developed and well structured hat. Fast service, and worth paying for something made in UK that works with our current weather patterns. The one thing I could live without is the pointless (for me) pocket on my Lynford bucket hat.”
