“I did indeed order with you. Unfortunately through accident, you sent the wrong gloves. Once alerted, you resolved the issue of sending my original order whilst graciously allowing me to keep the wrong gloves. Once again unfortunately my original order has never arrived. I did email you but, l think it might be because of Xmas, you haven't replied. Please advise of next action. Regards kev”
