“Had a problem and customer service helped me solve it. They were great. No run arounds. No excess questioning. A product broke, they didn't guilt trip me for it, they just helped me get a replacement. Did exactly what customer service is suppose to do.”

“I orde re d one of the waterproof foldable hats. It’s an excellent quality product and works particularly well under a cycle helmet to keep the rain off during this glorious British summer. The lack of a button on the top as per traditional baseball caps means it’s ideal to wear for cycling.”

“Had a pair of Sealskinz waterproof socks for over 10 years easy, but they wore through and i got intouch with them, told them about the old ones and they matched it to their new range, Raynham, these are so good and for a biker doing alot of touring and rallies are the bizz, even got a pair for my lad as he does alot of Airsoft sites, and his words, best comfortable socks he has ever had.”
