“It protects from water - great! But the cut is terrible, doesn’t look like a sock or the images posted on the site. Plus I paid a fortune for the delivery. Not a great value.”

“Your sizing for gloves is so wrong. I purchased a medium glove which fit so tight that it was unusable. Very disappointing, I have wasted my money javedmr@gmail.com”

“This is the 3rd hat I have purchased. They are excellent quality and super warm. I am wearing one at my desk as I type this. Why turn the heating up?!!! My only comment would be that the hats come up quite large so even though I am 6ft2 I am now wearing a S/M. They stretch quite a bit. If you want an airspace at the top of your head then the LARGE! Recommend for anyone wanting a warm woolly hat that is also waterproof.”

“Ordered gloves during the 50% off sale. The item was too small so requested a replacement in the next size. Was told size was out of stock. Sale ended but the size was available on the website. Was refunded my money. Clearly didn’t want to replace at the sale price.”

“Leider entspricht die empfohlene Größe L bei den gekauften MTB Socken nicht einer Größe 43. Habe es dann mit Unterstrümpfen versucht aber alles nicht zufriedenstellend. Schade.”

“Product did not fit and I exchanged for the largest size and the product still did not fit. I only have size 10.5 feet so not sure why the product is sized so badly. Could not use it at all.”

“Long-distance hiking in Scotland is demanding on both the body and the kit you use. Its also often wet....very wet! My go-to choice of socks has been Sealskinz. You can rely on them to work well whatever the weather may hold. In addition, the customer service is about as good as i have found anywhere. They're quick, efficient and fast to respond should there be a problem.”
