“My Sealskinz hat fits great and is warm and dry. Love it! And when FedEx stumbled with (i.e., lost) my original shipment, Sealskinz customer service stepped in to quickly send me a replacement. Sometimes you learn the most about a company when you see how they deal with something out of the ordinary -- like a lost shipment. The people at Sealskinz customer service are super. Thank you!”

“Die Handschuhe passen relativ gut. Von Wasser- und winddicht, hab ich jetzt nicht so viel gemerkt. Ich trage sie beim radfahren. Bis 5°C kann man sie tragen, alles darunter wird frisch. Vorallem, weil es durch die Nähte der Finger zieht.”

“Je pense avoir commis une erreur de saisie de mon adresse email , je n'ai pas reçu de confirmation de vôtre part donc j'ai recommandé le lendemain. J'ai été prélevé deux fois , je vous ai contacté immédiatement pour annuler une des deux commandes, vous n'avez pas tenu compte . Pour vous retourner le colis , frais de port , frais de douane , la galère . Je garde les deux colis et je ne vous ferais pas de publicité . Dommage ...”

Thank you for your review. We can confirm that the non receipt of the confirmation email had been caused by an error in spelling in the email address provided for the order. We received an email requesting a cancellation for one order, however this had been sent to us 2 days after the order had shipped and it had already been exported from the UK. Unfortuntaley we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped, however on this occasion, our team had provided full Returns instructions to enable the order to be returned to us once delivered. We can confirm that the order will be processed for a full refund if and when it is returned to us.

“The heated gloves with cycling specific padding are a big help for my hands. I also use them for driving my tractor, plowing snow. However I haven’t gotten to use them a lot yet because on arrival only one worked and it took awhile to get a replacement. The other downside is though the gloves fit well they are difficult to put on due to snug cuffs. A loop to hold onto when pulling them on would help”

“Diese Handschuhe sind einfach unfassbar gut. Ich arbeite mit meinen Pferden vom Boden und habe im Winter immer nasse Finger in nassen Handschuhen - sehr kalt! Mit Sealskinz bleiben die Finger trocken, durch das Material hat man noch gutes Gefühl und es bleibt warm. Also wärmsten 😃 zu empfehlen!”
