“Arrived from UK after purchasing on .ca site... Terrible fit. I measured exactly 9 1/2” and after reading reviews went two sizes up to an XL. Gloves so tight they are unusable. I’m 160 with thin fingers. I have returned them as indicated but the address on the posted return form is wrong and they were returned as undeliverable. I was offered a refund eventually. I’d suggest revising the fit guide. Not even close to accurate.”

“This box for review of customer service or product?? Customer service was good - perhaps an extra day or two more than expected for delivery, but otherwise was easy to order. Only issue with product was the smell! Took a few days of airing gloves to lose a synthetic (desicant? plasticy?) smell. Could smell the gloves from across the room.”

“Your product seems very nice but it is miserable trying to return it. I live in the US and have been told that your return policy is not set up yet. The gloves are a large and way too small for my son. I hope you can rectify this.”

“Although I have taken proper measurements as per the website and ordered the next size up, all 3 pairs of glove I ordered were way too small. I had to return them and got reimbursed however still had to pay for return shipping. Product seems very nice, however sizing guide on the website is way off. My hands are average size and probably slight smaller than average.”

“The gloves look nice and the material feels good but the inner layer comes out when taking off the glove, which makes it difficult to get fingers straight back when putting them back on. Also, I didn't feel the gloves kept my hands warm.”
