“I went on your website and followed the measuring procedure to the letter and it indicated Large was my size. When they came they were extremely tight and hard to put on but i thought they would stretch. They didn’t. My daughter who has fairly large hands but a lot skinnier than mine now is the proud owner of heated Sealskinz gloves. I am very disappointed spending 250.00 or so dollars and still having cold hands while on by bike. These are a very good quality glove but the measuring guidance is terrible. Because i used them for a week i presumed they were unreturnable.”

“Generally I really rate the company and their products, I work outdoors in all weather and recommend their products to a lot of people. Especially the waterproof socks which are heaven sent. However the gloves I recently bought were really disappointing. I am a woman with small hands and was looking for waterproof gloves that still allow for maximum dexterity. I decided on some waterproof mountain biking gloves which were advertised as ‘unisex’ however as with many manufacturers ‘unisex’ actually just meant ‘for men’. I returned the gloves and received a refund and the hunt for the right gloves continues.”

Thank you for your review. The majority of our gloves have been designed to be a Unisex fit and these will size according to our Unsex size guide. The sizes for these are determined by your palm measurement and each model of glove will size the same. We do offer models of our gloves which have been sized smaller than Unsex and these can be identified by the name which will have Women's in it i.e. Women's All Weather Cycle glove. “I am a size 9 (a medium?) but size L was too tight. I had to go for size XL, which is about right for me. It’s a shame that you can have any colour you like - as long as it is black! (Well, nearly. They do a shooting glove in olive, but I want a normal glove in olive or dark brown.) Gloves seem well made but are as yet untested, save for one short walk when it rained. Their refund/exchange policy is good - but if the sizing were right this wouldn’t have been necessary!”

“Light and warm in Autumn conditions on a coastal boat trip. Finishing on the gloves not so good. Sewing threads starting to show after one weeks wear. The inner glove is not fasten to the outer which makes the glove difficult to take off and put on. They are good but the finishing let’s them down.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you have found our gloves to not be a good fit for you. We do offer sizing guides that help customers determine which size may be a good fit for them. However these are designed as guides only as due to the individual nature of each person's hands, we are unable to guarantee a perfect fit for each customer. In the event that the products are found to not be a good fit, we do have a great, fuss-free returns service that offers exchanges or refunds for all items.

“I bought a waterproof cap. It is not deep enough for me. It sits on top of my head like the little hat the pope wears. One size fits all doesn't usually fit all.”

“Product great but shipping too expensive! I had no choice except “express” even though site indicated I could choose “regular”. Ouch!”

Thank you for your review. We ship all orders directly from us in the UK and for the US and Canada, parcels are carried on a single express service which we offer with FedEx. We do charge a single price for shipping to these locations and this remains the same price for all orders under the minimum spend amount for free shipping regardless of the size or value of the order.

“Your products are good but the company is inflexible, hiding behind "corporate speak" with a negative "can't do" mentality. Sorry to be negative, but that has been my experience. Had it not been for a discount offered the rating would have been 2 star and not 3. DRW”

“The construction of the materials seems perfect. Although these have not yet been tested in wet weather. The fit is no more than acceptable, the gloves being slightly too short and tight in the fingers and two large across the palm. This same quality of fit is replicated in the size medium which I purchased for my husband.”

“Socks were 100% waterproof, but when outter was wet it will hold water and get your feet cold... I had the Cold weather knee high and the extreme cold socks...”
