“Gloves are waterproof and warm without the batteries turned on. I have felt the heat for the first few times I have worn them, but can't tell if they're working now as I wear them. That's why I give a 3 star. Also, the velcro on the right glove tore off very easily as I was putting the glove on.”

“I bought them to keep my hands dry and they do that, but they are extremely cold gloves. Very little insulation. Fingers are dry but freezing.”

“The gloves look nice and the material feels good but the inner layer comes out when taking off the glove, which makes it difficult to get fingers straight back when putting them back on. Also, I didn't feel the gloves kept my hands warm.”

“My bike helmet is 55 so I opted for the small/medium (55/57) It works in principle, keeps my head warm and dry under my head gear....but after a short 1hr ride or 3 -4 hr ride I am left with a deep ridge in the middle of my forehead...not a good look. I am reluctant to try large as it seems to fit, and it's not the bike help pushing on the rim. I think maybe the shape of the solid plastic rim (as in design) might be the issue hear. As I has opened and worn the sealskin a few times, I cannot return it!”

“Shipping etc as good as competitors. Hats and gloves ordered ok. Fits not great both too big and too small on different items. Won’t be buying from again.”

“The socks to repel water. The fit and inside feel are strange, however. The rubber on top is good. The thermic qualities are poor and water does get inside over time. Quicker than I expected it to be after all the commercial promises. The pre-sale contact was poor and arrogant. The quality of the sock is fair for the price - not more, but not less. Packaging was good, but the QR code on the socks was disappointing - leading nowhere special.”

“Not much to say about the company, with which I have little experience. My yellow gloves are nice looking, haven't had them out in wet weather yet so I cannot attest to their waterproofing, but on today's 42 degree (F) bike ride my hands were warm and very wet/sweaty.”

“Good quality sock. But even though rates for extreme cold they didn’t really hold up to well in 40 degree weather. A little bulky and uncomfortable down by the tows.”

“The website had a Canadian address. There was nothing to suggest I was not ordering these gloves from Canada, where I live. After the order I discovered they had been sent from the UK. Four weeks later they were somewhere in the States and lost to the tracking system, so they sent another pair which arrived OK. I do think the ordering system could have been a little more open. I prefer to order things online from within Canada wherever possible, to avoid shipping delays and surprise taxes and fees.”

“Socks are baggy and not waterproof. I'm size 7 US, ordered the medium per the size chart, they don't fit snugly and sag. Ride 8n the rain and my feet got wet. Not sure if this was a good purchase”

“Split finger mitts fit on the small side. Even after purchasing the next side up from my measured fit. They are very well made mitts but have no silicon type grip so are slippery when trying to grasp things.”

“worn twice, wet feet. Quite short as well, socks are longer than the boots. Are these supposed to be waterproof?”

“the socks (waterproof all weather socks) were a bit too big for my feet so washed them at 60C, now they fit better. Bulkier than I expected but waterproof after running a few times in the rain.”
