“I recently purchased a ladies bobble hat size S/M, after a few wears it was huge, I contacted customer service at Sealskinz for advice, would washing make it smaller ? Washing instructions were sent, but hat is still huge and useless in keeping me warm whilst walking my dog. Extremely disappointed in my purchase.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry for any delays. All returns from Germany are sent to our Zittau fowarding facility which is only able to consolidate returns in batches once per week. These are then subject to customs clearance and any delays related to their import into the UK. Once the returns reach our UK warehouse, we are then able to process the returns in the order they are received. At this time we can see your refund and exchange were processed recently. We do ask that our customers allow up to 8 business days for their financial institution to update any billing statements to reflect any credits. “The hat I purchased for my husband is very warm and waterproof. It does get rather wet inside after a few hours walking and although I bought large, (as my husband does have rather a large head!), it is possibly too long and looks rather odd on.”

“Have trialled these gloves for several months now. I work outdoors most days of the year and in all weathers. My gloves have to be flexible, waterproof, breathable, warm in winter and with a lining that doesn't come away every time you take them off (which is often for me). No such gloves exist. Believe me, I've tried. Ski gloves, for example, give me the warmth I need in winter but that throws flexibility out of the window! SEALSKINZ however, are the only gloves that tick all but one of these boxes. My fingers do get numb when it's very cold (U.K. temperatures of 0-3 degrees) but they're surprisingly breathable on warmer but wet days. They are ruddy expensive but worth it!”

“I bought these for my husband as a Christmas present. He absolutely loves them when he goes out mountain biking - especially in this cold and wet Winter! Keeps his legs and feet warm and dry. Highly recommended”

“Ich hatte die Handschuhe zurückgesendet , da sie 1.schlecht verarbeitet, 2. zu groß waren, 3. auch optisch nicht gefallen haben. Der Retourevorgang war teuer und ging lange und am Ende bekam ich keine Rückerstattung sondern die Handschuhe wurden mir nochmal zugesendet. Naja...”
