“I live in Australia, so shipping took some time as expected. I received emails to review the Fring glove before it had arrived. It would be better to delay the automation of feedback emails for after a longer time period (e.g. 3 months). They used the courier service Aramex, who could not deliver to my post box/office. This could have been explained at the checkout. Aramex contacted me via SMS for delivery communication and updates.”
