“I originally bought a size medium gloves for my partner (she doest have big hands!) They were too small, so ordered the large. These too are rather small, though finger length is fine. As a waterproof winter gloves I would expect them to be more roomy to allow ease of getting on and off, and to allow for decent circulation. This is not criticism of the gloves themselves, just of the sizing, which is far too small.”

“thrilled with the socks! for light hiking i use my trail-runners all year long - even if temps are in teens. i wear a thin pair of wool compression socks with cold weather sealskinz on top. i cross streams, walk along edges of lakes, etc. just as important, i use them if it's raining and in the 50's, or less, to protect myself from hypothermia. my feet stay warm & dry.”

“iSeems good quality. Other items I have bought from Sealskinz have been. The sizing is right and it is easily the warmest hat I can remember having. But the annoying thing about being asked for a review now is that I haven't had a chance to wear it for long and, if I was reading this, I would find the review pretty useless without that longer-term viewpoint.”

“Average, not great. I would neither fault nor praise Customer Service for my mediocre experience. No one checked where my gloves were, no one said, here’s what we are noticing this week in terms of delivery time, here’s what we’d like to do but can’t—so very sorry, here’s what we’d like to offer for your trouble, what happened—have they arrived. Nuthing. And putting forth an AI Customer Service person was mad. And it made me really mad. So for someone who loves Cycling! Loves giving gifts! Love Cycling gear! It was amazing how short you came up. I will say the gloves are terrific. My lasting impression is lukewarm; otherwise, I would have ordered them for myself at this point normally, but you left me on a bad note.”
