“It's a very easy ordering service. The order was promptly shipped and received. Products were as described and are as waterproof as Sealskinz said. I wish the glove range extended to xs though! There must be more people like me with a size 6/6.5 hand!”

“The socks are awesome! However, had problem with lost order. Took me a while to contact them about it. When I did their customer service was helpful! They expedited delivery and received new socks in 1.5 weeks from the UK. Thanks!”

“The delivery etc was fine but the gloves are not at all warm and they are supposed to be their warmest winter gloves. Expensive waste of money !”

“Excellent company, most products waterproof and all are stylish and well made. Perfect for walking, hiking, footy matches (it gets cold and rainy on the terraces), birding (all of my favourites). Perfect for gifting. 5 stars!”

“My original pre-Christmas order was lost in the post but when I emailed about it the matter was quickly escalated and a new order sent out so OH got his present in time and seems very pleased with his new hat and socks!”

“I have both the Southery and Frangham gloves. They are quite well made, and have good dexterity. But colder than -6C they don't keep the hands warm. I think moisture eventually gets into them and they are hard to really dry after that. Would love a tip on how to really dry them out.”
